A very disappointing experience from start to finish. Slow, no communication and after several weeks the glasses arrived a week late and the lenses are incorrect. So I'm sending them back for a refund and will head to an opticians. I think the medical experience of buying glasses online is basically flawed. You need a professional testing your eyes and not a credit card stuck on your forehead. My prescription was not complicated, I just needed a pair of readers. The lenses offer no help what so ever. In fact after trying them for a day they gave me a headache. Disappointing.

Great item and as described at a very good price. Delivery was on a little on the slow side but it arrived after 10 days when 3-5 was quoted but it was easter bank holiday and royal mail are useless

Love my Burberry sun glasses. Nice shape and the arms look so stylish. They look and feel nice quality.I might have been able to give five stars after some use but I can’t rate on durability I’ve not used them enough yet. But definitely look and feel top quality If you like a classic look these are for you !

I ordered several frames using the home try on service, which I returned a couple of weeks ago. I have just discovered that I have been charged nearly £500 for those frames. Would not trust again!

Do not order the frames to try at home. Best to go elsewhere.Ordered 4 frames and returned within the timeframe, mister spex took the £480 out of my account anyway. Couldn’t get through on the phone so I emailed a few times, they replied to say they hadn’t received my order.I then tried phoning again and managed to get through this time, the nice lady took my tracking number and agreed they’d have to refund. I then received the refund. Wish I’d checked trustpilot before ordering to save me the hassle!

Do not use. Especially the ‘try at home’ feature. Although meant to be a free trial, they will charge you in FULL for the glasses you try and then take 2 weeks getting the glasses to you. Once you send them back they will refuse to give you your money back, claiming that they have refunded you, despite your bank having no record of this. When you ring to ask they will either hang up on you or be extremely rude. Apparently the reason they haven’t refunded me (or charged me in the first place) is because I paid with a debit card and not a credit card? Honestly this stinks as a company sinking, trying to make as much money as possible in a short time. Do not use!

Poor communication and then an email to say lost in transit and order cancelled. Very annoying!
